Make sure the tire can fit the front of the 1999 mustang. Make necessary adjustments for ground clearance and check the offset. If all of them align correctly, install the wheel.
18x10 wheels require a tire with 18 inch diameter to fit. Hence 35x12.5R20 will not fit 18x10 wheels.
