The FR710 utilizes a computer optimized component system (CO-OS) that enhances tire performance through its optimization of high performance tread design, casing shape, compounds, and construction. The tread is formulated with a Long Link Carbon compound that bolsters tread wear and resists abrasions. Firestone's Innovative Roundness technology further improves tread design and casing shape in order to ensure consistent rubber to road contact. A wide footprint improves traction and cornering grip while simultaneously improve comfort levels. The FR710 features an o-bead that amplifies ride uniformity and comfort while continuous shoulder ribs maximize tread life. Internally, this tire employs UNI-T Technology which produces dual steel belts and polyester cord body for additional power and durability.
